Operations Coordinator- Platforms

Two Six Technologies is growing, and we are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will thrive in a dynamic, agile organization. This role is responsible for providing dynamic and multi-faceted support to our Cyber business unit to facilitate and support efficient business operations. We are a high-growth organization with unique expertise and innovative products that support missions critical to U.S. national security.
This is a hybrid position from our Arlington, VA office, with 3 days in-office expected.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support

• Supports special projects as they arise.
• Handles a wide range of general and administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
• Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the senior leadership team and prepares summaries and reports.
• Remains up to date on corporate- and BU-level compliance requirements, such as training and personnel reviews, and partners with BU team leads to ensure requirements are met in a timely manner.

Security

• Basic working knowledge of personnel security administration activities (citizenship verification, DoD security briefings, classified information non-disclosure agreements, and personnel clearance justification forms)
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
• Intake, monitor, and manage BU personnel security clearances, accesses, credentials, etc. in coordination with the TST Security Office. Maintain a log for BU awareness of cleared personnel and levels to facilitate program activities.
• Coordinate with Security Office on any actions required to facilitate security processing, credentials acquisition, etc.

Resourcing

• • Coordinates with BU team leads to facilitate the development and posting of job requisitions.
  • Coordinates with BU Recruiting on job posting management and Candidate interview panel scheduling.
  • Serves as first point of contact for Recruiting to facilitate new hire onboarding, in collaboration with BU team leads on any team-specific onboarding processes.

Requirements: 

• • Must have5 years of experience of Operational Support or Project coordinator, Admin support.
  • Must have2 years of experience in Security support within gov't contracting field of processing clearance and access.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in coordaining between team to team and support Business Unit operations, security, HR and Recruiting, etc.

 Clearance requirements:

• The ability to obtain and maintain required secret security clearance and up to polygraph
