Operations Coordinator - Supply Chain

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator! The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly motivated individual who takes an optimistic approach to new challenges and embraces the Company's strategic vision; a person that thrives when working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process assigned daily auto-process replenishment exception reports and decide the best course of action to provide the best service levels to the branches
- Place DC to DC replen transfer purchase orders daily through the Trilogie replen system
- Process other DC transfers of inventory in order to balance inventory investment and provide improved service levels (ie: BEAR, Hazmat, CCN/CCY/Excess, B99, Fillins, CPRT)
- Review/work flip reports (ie: Build.com, HM Wallace, B99, L&S, CPRT)
- Work daily pricing reports (WAC, Zero Cost, Receivings with no cost)
- Processing PO Acknowledgments for DC PO's daily
- Provide timely and accurate reporting through various processes to buyers and management
- Vendor Shipping Discrepancy Forms - liaison between DC and vendor on all shipping errors
- Mill Test Reports (MTR) - load MTR's into MTR software, answer requests from branches/DC's needing to obtain MTR's that are not loaded in software
- Inbound Scheduling - schedule inbound appointments for carriers into the DC's using Highjump and email alias
- Communicate problems as they occur to management
Qualifications:
- Above average understanding of MS Office
- Good understanding of Trilogie (ie: TCL, BCM, POE, ABOD etc)
- MS Access experience is a plus
- Ability to research on the Web
- Good oral and written communication skills, good math skills, and the ability to work independently on given tasks
- Ability to form good relationships with vendors and branches
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Positive attitude
- Teamwork skills

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $20.63
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
