We are looking for a Operations Customer Support Specialist (Operations Solutions Specialist) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Operations Customer Support Specialist (Operations Solutions Specialist) will be accountable and responsible for providing indirect client support through case management. This role will also support our client success specialist to ensure the Telematics solutions is delivered to meet or exceed client expectations. The key focus will be to provide case resolution in a timely manner on all received cases in the operations solution queue, and ensure updates made in a client's web portal are done in a timely and accurate way.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise of all Telematics vendor products, departmental systems, and industry knowledge to provide ongoing support to internal and external clients.
  • Utilize Standard operating procedures to perform key tasks including activation, registration, new user/group/rule/vehicle label updates and additions, etc.
  • Action report needs that are client specific or across clients to update information either in partner or Element systems.
  • Gather data and prepare client deliverables, documents and reports.
  • Assist with updates to billing and answer questions from billing team on outstanding charges.
  • Support the Client Success Specialists who own key client relationships to provide support for escalations or questions on cases.
  • Manage and resolve all Service Cloud cases assigned within expected time commitments and with the quality expected from clients.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with all internal clients and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the ongoing creation and improvement of Telematics Operations and Client documentation, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in business, BSBA preferred
  • 3-5 years operations case or process management support, for internal and/or external clients
  • Client account management experience preferred.
  • Experience with database tools preferred.
  • Project management certifications or comparable preferred
  • Operations automation work preferred.
  • Telematics or fleet experience preferred
