Job Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze the current Dead on Arrival (DOA) systems at distributors for Phenom products
• Identify key challenges and issues associated with the existing DOA systems
• Analyze the impact of these challenges on customer satisfaction and business operations
• Propose specific improvements to the DOA systems that address the identified challenges
• Justify the proposed improvements by explaining how they will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the potential risks and limitations of implementing the proposed improvements
• Develop an implementation plan outlining the necessary steps, resources, and timeline for implementing the proposed improvements
• Provide recommendations for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the enhanced DOA systems
• Implement chosen solution

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
