Operations Engineer

We are seeking an Operations Engineer to manage the technical infrastructure within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with determining business requirements for IT systems, managing the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, and eliminating security risks.• Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure • Develop and implement cyber security standards and processes across the organization • Provide direction and support for web and mobile builds • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems • Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred (or relevant work experience)• 5+ years of experience working in IT operations• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network, systems administration,

Databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications systems• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate• Self-starter with excellent decision-making skills• Strong knowledge of project management principles• Administrative experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and AWS.
