Due to our growth, we are looking for Operations Engineers to manage and grow our business. This role is key to our success and includes both operational and people responsibilities. Interacting with clients and ensuring their delight will be a primary focus. 

Here’s what the role is all about:

• Creating a workplace culture that results in exceeding sales and revenue goals and improving market share
• Partnering with the location manager on daily operational activities
• Working with team members to set sales and operational goals and measure location performance
• Ensuring customer success by exceeding customer expectations
• Preparing operations analytics and reports
• Creating solutions for effectively allocating our people
• Reporting on expenses and revenue
• Ensuring the safe working environment
• Training team members in all aspects of the operations
• Managing logistics including scheduling inbound and outbound containers and scheduling customer orders for delivery/pick-up
• Planning and organizing company events and staff training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field is a must. Master’s degree with Supply Chain concentration is preferred
• Prior experience in the supply chain, logistics handling and/ or supervising small teams is a plus.
• Superior relationship skills resulting in loyal customers and employees
• Ability to deal with tough situations – the skills to figure out how to manage within tight time frames and budget constraints
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly skilled at analyzing data and solving problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Current valid Driver's License
• This position is open to all candidates eligible to work in the US including the ones with F1/H1B visas and green cardholders
