As a Operations FP&A Finance Intern, you will receive hands on experience working with our Operations FP&A team under the supervision of the Director of Operations FP&A.
Your Principal Duties will include:

• Capture all cost savings initiatives currently in progress across Operations and Supply Chain. Provide analysis regarding savings level attained as well as forecast for balance of project (savings only captured for 12 months from inception)
• Develop standard template to capture all savings: including timing, owner, baseline spend, financial statement impact, method of capturing savings.
• Map out process for monthly capture/edit of projects, prioritization of resources and transition to forecast process.
• Develop global launch plan for roll out to all Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
• Gain approval of template, process and launch plan from Vice-President of FP&A and CFO
• Other duties and activities as needed including special projects

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of college academics
• Working knowledge of business software (Microsoft office suite)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task, independent worker
