Description

An Operations Administrator is a key focal point between various departments, providing crucial support to ensure Carrier Access IT, LC daily operations are met. The focus of this position will be to support daily operational and human resources activities. This position will have the ability to be involved in planning, support, and maintenance of the mission of CAIT and will display the values of integrity, humility, teamwork, accuracy, empowerment and the ability to do the right thing.

  • Assist in HR administration with PEO (Professional Employer Organization) including onboarding and operational tasks.
  • Interacts with PEO to aid with payroll and maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Informational System) databases.
  • Responsible for coordinating and administering operational activities, developing, and maintaining operational processes and procedures, and overseeing their execution.
  • Lisae with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and provide support to the operations manager in planning and execution of company projects.
  • Formulate policies, monitor daily operations, and plan the use of human resources materials.
  • Organize and prepare meeting schedules and company meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve issues as needed dealing with operations and human resources responsibilities.
  • Support corporate activities in working with marketing and financial processes, depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 2+ years of experience of entry-level positions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using business email services, such as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate within the organization.
  • Highly organized and capable of utilizing organizational systems.
