Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:• Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skills• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships• Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable manner• Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively• Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines• Demonstrated critical thinking skills• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and able to follow complex procedures• Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Power Point• Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency• Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams• Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes• Strong partnering and team-working skills• Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects• Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis and problem solving• Understanding of Manufacturing Science (scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.)• Working knowledge of database management methods and techniques including proficiency in SQL• Proven ability to with stakeholders to understand needs and define requirements• Proven track-record of self-motivation, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and measurable results• Strong emphasis on end user advocacy with a focus on performance support and continuous improvement• Proven ability to work with diverse skill levels and personalities in a variety of scenarios, and to develop partnerships with support groups and customer groups• Knowledge of change management and release management disciplines• Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills• Intermediate understanding of database management methods and techniques• Experience or knowledge in one or more scripting, programming and visualization tools (i.e. Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, Typescript, C#, Microsoft Suite)• Advanced problem-solver - understanding of data, good data intuition and data visualization skills• Experience or knowledge of data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing• Hands-on experience in the field of data analytics, preferably with experience querying databases
Education and Experience: • BS with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study, MS is preferred.
