OPERATIONS INTERN, NY
Description:
The Operations Intern supports projects and administration that build efficiencies and facilitate the smooth running of daily business operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role will contribute to building organized systems to streamline and manage the workflows of a Creative Studio. There is a strong emphasis on logic-driven solution design, data collection and presentation, data entry and management, and effective communication. This experience and workload is most focused in research tasks, administrative duties and project coordination.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordination and tracking of various projects
- Timeline, task and progress management
- Creation, contribution and maintenance of process documentation and decks
- Collate and produce reports, presenting data intelligently and effectively
- Process observation and analysis to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Office coordination and logistical support
- Maintain data integrity of our relationship databases
- Scheduling, calendar management and travel coordination
- Under this system, team members are periodically invited to broaden their capabilities by supporting other departments or team
Requirements:
- Must currently be enrolled in a university or Master's program
- Project management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to productively focus and actively listen
- Experience with presentation design
- Experience / interest in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with Excel or relational database
- Major in Operations or Business Administration
- Must currently be enrolled in University or Master's program
- Ability to be onsite in our New York City location
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Google products
