Operations Jr Analyst

This job is responsible to responsible for the input, setup, analyzation, communication, resolution and/or maintenance of client, customer or agency information for one or more of Assurant’s products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Work to achieve objectives and deliver results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others.
• Management and monitoring of claim settlement
• Management of the network of Service Centers
• Invoicing process Service Centers
• Planning and coordination
• Improvement opportunities
• Implementation of new actions validated with the supervisor
• Keeping information updated in the supplier platform for customer and service centers
• Report and operation indicators

Requirements:

• Degree completed in business administration, engineering, and similar fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of after-sales service (factory and extended)
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of the regulations of insurance companies
• Databases management.
