Operations - Lead

Team Tasks and Objectives:

• Reviews product images and identifies information required for accurate data capture.
• Ensures data captured is complete, matches product packaging and meets formatting guidelines.
• Ensures data quality expectations are met by the team members
  • 5% accuracy rate or higher
  • 100% accuracy on nutrition and ingredients data components
• Audits team member work for quality feedback opportunities and training needs
• Completes all assigned tasks within a timely manner.
  • Assists team to meet 99% on-time goal
• Regularly pivots between tasks and services – minimum requirement of fluency for two Core service areas and ability to coach other team members in all Core service areas.
  • Fluency = ability to both capture data and QA data for all necessary product types in service.
  • Service areas include but not limited to:
    • Coding
    • Coding QA
    • Profiling
    • Multi-language Coding/QA
  • Working knowledge of additional Syndigo service areas and ability to answer basic processing questions.
  • Directs priority team and regular team on the workflow priorities for the day
  • Provides process improvement ideas and shares techniques with other team members
  • All other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team member workflow
• Coach and train team members
• Participate in production process as workflow demands
• Collect common questions and errors to present for training opportunities
• Collaborate with production teams and data consistency team to address production concerns
• Consolidate metric reporting and provide data analysis on error volume, type, efforts, and opportunities
• Identify areas for pro-active data review
• Create and coordinate process documentation as needed

Recommended:

• Written French language skills
• Written Spanish language skills

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension, grammar, spelling and analytical skills
• Proficiency and accuracy in use of standard keyboard/data entry tools
• Coaching skills and knowledge of common training techniques

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Thorough knowledge of Syndigo production data and processes
• Proven willingness to learn new skills and tasks
• High attention to detail
• Able to recommend strategies to prioritize multiple area needs
• Curious and open to asking questions to all levels of leadership
• Ability to effectively respond to status requests from all levels of Syndigo team members
