Your Day-to-Day:
- Own and manage internal product & asset logistics for Axon Western Asia.
- Work cross functionally with teams such as Supply Chain, Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics, Marketing to understand and solve business problems while optimizing for the best possible solutions to meet company or team goals and objectives.
- Manage E2E customer order fulfillment (coordination with Axon International Shipping, document verification, customs POC for queries)
- coordinate with regional Sales Operations POCs to define customer & regional logistics requirements
- Own reporting to internal and external stakeholders on logistics movements
- Own all inventory movement within WA region for customer demonstrations, T&E
- Maintain records of products, quantity and deployment status. Share monthly reports of inventory status
- Work with customer POCs to identify products that need to be managed through RMA operations
- Define the appropriate RMA workflow using global RMA best practices
- Provide excellent customer experience through quick turnaround time of RMA processing
- Plan and coordinate daily activities for the RMA and Refurbishment teams
- Ensure the proper triage, root cause where appropriate, and data collection of returned product
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant operations experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/RMA operations
- Strong understanding of the core processes and steps of a repair, RMA and refurbishment type of operation
- Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills; knowledge of MS Office tools and MRP/ERP systems
- A team player with a “can do” attitude capable of working with minimal direction
- Willingness to bring in thought process while setting new SOPs and reporting mechanisms and set them up with high efficiency
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for meeting operational goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced MS Office proficiency in tools such as Powerpoint, Excel (vlookups, macros) & MRP/ERP systems
- Startup experience; proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
