Band 3 - Operations Lead Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Lead Analyst provides support to Client Service, Implementation, Call, Claim, and Sales. Lead Analyst will manage intakes for Optional Services, Customized Pricing, Errors & Omissions, Profit and Loss (P&L)) for most product lines for Domestic and Global. Involves investigative work to identify root cause and potential gross negligence. Manages check inventory and reporting for team. This position interacts with all levels of leadership within Service Operations as well as Sales, Product, Finance, Underwriting, Legal, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage intake, investigative work, and respond to all Errors and Omissions and Customized pricing requests for Domestic and/or Global.
  • Use your problem solving, organizational agility, and communication skills to bring the right people together to help root-cause problems.
  • Review assessment of Optional Expenses.
  • Respond to all RFP inquires on non-standard, complex requests, prepare business cases.
  • Develop and maintain RFP library documents, and insure presales teams are alerted to any changes in the service environment.
  • Financial analysis to identify risks and trends.
  • Manage Issues, Risks, Decisions, and Activity logs to ensure leadership awareness of critical items.
  • Contribute to all training and Knowledge Exchange documents for PBAB, P&L, PG's, and E&O.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, business communication, marketing, or other appropriate professional degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five plus years work experience in account management/account services/sales, or other areas requiring significant internal or external customer interaction and ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution.
  • Demonstrated strong people skills with direct experience in successfully managing client facing communication; negotiation and ability to influence internal/external constituencies.

  • Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations.
  • Demonstrated strength and ability to interface with and influence key decision makers/clients through use of negotiation skills, dealing with ambiguity and conflict management.
  • Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines, work independently and pro-actively, negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions and creatively problem-solve effective customer solutions.
  • Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including Salesforce, database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems), Proclaim, Facets, Diamond, Dentacom, OneView, Verient highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization.
  • Proven ability to function and thrive in a heavily matrixed environment.
  • Strong desire to learn new tools and takes accountability for own learning.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,200 - 93,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
