Lyft Media is an emerging line of business within Lyft focused on building the world's largest transportation advertising network. We build products that allow brands to engage with our unique audience throughout their transportation journeys. Our assets include out-of-home (OOH) media units such as rooftop screens and bikeshare ad panels, while our digital assets include in-car screens and in-app ad products. As an Operations Associate for Lyft Media’s in-car (tablet) product – you will manage product operations, nationwide scaling and solve fleet health challenges for the in-car (tablet) advertising network.
This role will be located in SF HQ.
Responsibilities:- Support major strategic initiatives to help scale and operationalize our nationwide tablet fleet and also tactically own foundational operational processes
- You will be responsible for hitting Key Results / KPIs alongside cross functional teams such as data-science, product, and engineering
- You will help define the launch strategy for new markets to identify core user groups to target and the best implementation based approach
- You will help us maintain our existing fleet by diagnosing issues across our nationwide fleet and creating process to help resolve and triage
- Analyze complex data sets paired with partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership
- Clearly and frequently communicate progress & plans across the broader Lyft Media organization
- The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and is able to drive workstreams, create initiatives from scratch, and own execution while working with cross-functional teams to achieve broader alignment.
- 3+ years of operations work in a high growth startup, technology company, or traditional manufacturing environmentÂ
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MODE or Tableau (dashboarding) preferred
- Experience building processes from scratch & implementing them to solve business problems
- Bias to action/ willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $94,500 - $105,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
