Operations Lead - Phamarcy
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, thisposition is assigned to providing the knowledge and skills in the PharmacyDepartment to assure Redlands Community Hospital patients quality and safety inage specific drug therapy. This position also assists in initiatives related topharmacy and improved clinical outcomes, and coordinates medication-relatededucational programs for nursing and physicians.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency or equivalent (3 years minimum) experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Previous hospital experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist
- Current BLS certificate required upon hire. Required by 10/31/24 for current staff.
- Current ACLS certificate required upon hire. Required by 10/31/24 for current staff.
- Current PALS certificate required upon hire. Required by 10/31/24 for current staff.
