Position Overview:
As an Operations Leader Intern, you will work in a position on one of our operations teams, participate in a cross-functional project, and partake in leadership development opportunities with members of the operation team. Interns should be interested in a positive impact, the cutting-edge tech company that values its entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. Concluding the 12-week summer program, both you and Paylocity will have the chance to assess if the Operations Leadership Development Program is the right fit for you.
Operations Leader Interns will support our operations teams, including implementation, client services, tech support, tax, and client experience. Functional job duties include but are not limited to, client-facing consultation in configuring our HR applications to meet new clients' needs, creating content for our internal and external self-service databases, assisting our clients and internal operations teams with troubleshooting, and translating technical knowledge into actionable direction.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 through Spring of 2025
