Location: Remote (permanent work from home)

Type of Work: Full time, Night Shift

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (US time – Eastern Standard Time)

Working with Limitlessli:

• Remote work – home-based
• Environment must be quiet and professional
• Must have a high-speed internet connection

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee, train and perform quality controls, performance evaluation, monitor timesheets, KPIs and targets of team members;
• Building strong relationships with team members, to be able to both motivate them on a work level, be their support as well as maintain the upper hand;
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and effective way;
• Building relationships with clients and handle the day-to-day tasks that come with managing clients;
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices;
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant;
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives;
• Find ways to increase quality of customer/ client service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role in a CPO/healthcare industry or remote set-up;
• Preferably with a clinical or medical billing background;
• Ability to create an environment where the agents look forward showing up to every day;
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
• Possess Leadership ability and outstanding organizational skills;
• Can work in a fast-paced environment;
• Must have outgoing and team-oriented personality.

Start date: Can start ASAP

Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection

Salary: $1,300 – $1,500
