Operations Manager

Chowbus, Inc. in West Lafayette, IN seeks Operations Manager. Drive business results in the
West Lafayette markets and manage all aspects of operational activities, such as customer
care service, dispatching, driver recruitment, and restaurant relationship development.
Develop market specific strategy around company goals and initiate key marketing activities,
communications, social media, partnerships, and events. Collaborate with functional leads
and teams in HQ, such as Central Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering,
to drive projects critical to Chowbus’s growth, and dual manage local team members within
each function. Lead a team and oversee day-to-day implementation of sales, operations, and
marketing strategies to ensure local team members meet goals. Conduct formal monthly
reviews of team members together with function leads. Oversee budgeting, P&L
performance, and financial optimization to reach profitability targets.
Travel: 50% of travel required to restaurants within Tippecanoe County.
Must possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Must also
possess coursework or work experience with: Financial accounting; Corporate finance;
Marketing principals, product promotion, and advertising; Operations management;
Organizational behavior; and Business strategy analysis
