About the Role:
The Operations Manager is a managerial role, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for leading the Operations Coordinators in all functions of operations including, but not limited to: project execution, customer onboarding/off-boarding, project status tracking, & compliance adherence, to enable the achievement of consumer and business sales goals.
- Establish and enforce workflows and best practices for the Operations team
- Implement and manage project plans to communicate objectives, priorities, & goals among internal teams
- Regularly communicate and enforce project timelines to manage deliverables and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects & tasks effectively
- Manage direct reports by setting goals, KPI’s, and expectations for the team
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure all expectations are being met for individual contributors
- Provide feedback to Directors/AVPs on suggestions for improvement to processes voiced by other Managers
- Manage the execution of special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years experience in project management, operations, and/or management
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective Time Management
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Documentation tools (Office, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with Project Management tools (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Jira, Harvest, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
Nice to Haves:
- Communication with team members and across departments
- SaaS experience
- Automotive and/or Pharmaceutical experience
- Experience working in a client-facing environment

Compensation Package:
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits
New York Pay Range: $82,000 - $90,000
