Job Description
Position Title: Operations Manager, Program Support (P3)
Role
The Operations Manager, Program Support works with functional stakeholders and leaders within the Network organization to plan and monitor national projects/program for internal I&O employees. The teammate will develop and understand national program communication plans, work breakdown structures, responsibility alignment, and deployment. They will identify best practices and establish national reporting to monitor programs, identify risks, adjust process and strategy, provides guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution and user alignment expectations. They'll proactively identify opportunities to streamline process to implement a consistent employee centric experience to meet and exceed stakeholder (or customer) expectations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business process analysis and needs assessments. Translate findings into a clear and actionable scope and requirements.
- Work with Implementation Performance Management, Business Process, Technology and Product Team partners in analyzing need assessments and solutioning.
- Research systems and capabilities to address existing and future needs from field teams.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) concerning customer contract terms, processes, procedures, and points of contact.
- When required, facilitate resolution of issues and conflicts through collaboration with internal partners.
- Define complex issues in a structured approach to raise visibility to drive resolution.
- Coordinate with Network Project Delivery, Business Process, Sales, and Legal to drive consistency between all programs.
- Coordinate with Network Design & Construction on internally driven process improvement initiatives.
- Must possess the ability to be flexible, provide clear and consultative direction in high pressure stressful situations.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or commensurate experience
- PMP certification preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years Telecom infrastructure experience including significant project management, construction management and business process & reporting experience
- 3+ years experience developing and deploying Power BI reports
- Demonstrated ability to expertly prioritize, organize and complete multiple complex projects/programs in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in requirements gathering, scope drafting, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts), Power Point, Visio and Word
- Working knowledge of Business Process Management and Project Management Tools

Working Conditions:
This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Additional Information:
Compensation Information: For New York City, Colorado, California and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $86,560 - $110,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
