OPERATIONS MANAGER
Are you an experienced Operations Manager who will lead by example in a hands-on environment to strengthen a motivated and competent workforce, ensure customer satisfaction and retention and assist in achieving company goals? At Packard Culligan Water, Operations Manager leads our Service, Route and Warehouse/Production teams’ to ensure top performance and productivity. You would work in conjunction with a dynamic team of professionals We are motivated by a timeless responsibility to elevate people's lives through the water. We value, relationships, unity, listening, and leading locally.

What is the Operations Manager responsible for?
- Maintaining appropriate staffing level, workload distribution, and employee skills necessary to best serve customers and meet business needs
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Service personnel to take appropriate, urgent action to satisfy customers
- Resolving service-related problems, approving billing adjustments as necessary
- Maintaining adequate inventory to meet customer need
- Assessing equipment to maintain quality, assisting in modification when needed
- Ensure adequate after-hour response to customer emergencies
- Upholding a safe, clean work environment that follows all applicable Federal, State and company regulations
- Providing sufficient training to ensure employees have the skills and information necessary to exceed customers’ expectations
- Developing realistic employee performance objectives tied to the dealership’s goals in order to support employee development and empowerment
- Maintaining the company’s assets (plant, fleet, equipment, and other inventory)
- Participating in the preparation of annual budget/plans, regularly review actual performance vs. plan, analyze variances, and take action necessary to achieve goals
- Reviewing and controlling delivery, service and plant expenses

What qualifications do you need?
- 3+ years supervisory or management experience
- Dedication to customer service
- Effective communication skills, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High energy level, self-motivation, and enthusiasmÂ
- Preferred, but not required:
- 5+ year’s experience in water conditioning service and installation or similar field
- Knowledge of plumbing and electronics
