What We Need

The Operations Manager leads cross organizational operations and project management. You will participate in strategic decisions while developing plans and implementing these plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the definition, roll-out, and implementation of budgeting process
  • Lead training projects as from planning, scheduling, to tracking and improvements
  • Lead events and communications projects across the organization and communications external to the organization
  • Support organizational leadership to coordinate organization-wide standards development and reporting
  • Lead roll-out of new and improved processes across organization
  • Be the link between organizations within 2K and T2
  • Lead through change request process by communicating to collaborators on the nature of the change request, the cost of changes and the prioritization of the changes

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or operations management experience
  • PMP Certification (or Scrum certification) an asset
  • Excellent process approach and documentation ability, previous process reengineering experience an added advantage
  • Project Management software experience including JIRA, Confluence, Shotgrid, Miro, Lucid-chart or other visualization and diagramming tools
  • Experience with mediation and conflict resolution across all levels of an organization
  • People management experience with performance tracking and career development planning
  • Deep comfort in leading through influence
  • Previous vendor management experience in distributed development is a big plus

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $135,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
