Job Description

AMIRI is seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Manager to join our Corporate team! This role is within the Supply Chain team and reports to the Global Director, Operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for analytical support, reporting, and managing daily inbound product within our global operation. This is a great opportunity to get involved in managing a growing and complex omni-channel network. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced logistics experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven problem solving and organizational expertise.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee inbound shipments from global suppliers, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for all inbound shipments.
  • Support both B2B and D2C operations by ensuring inbound deadlines are consistently met.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with IT and integrations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks to address immediate business needs and minimize disruptions.
  • Provide flexibility and adaptability to support team goals and business priorities.
  • Deliver quality and timely information to the logistics team and broader business.
  • Investigate discrepancies and monitor stock levels and service metrics.
  • Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes through the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions

Requirements & Skills Needed:

  • Proven working experience as Logistics analyst, with a track record of successful inventory and logistics operations.
  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Extremely proficient in excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
