Operations Manager

Modivcare is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for working with Modivcare Operations to develop and document Operation process and procedures, which in turn are used for development of training material for the various Operations teams -- Customer Service Representative (CSR), Claims, Exception, Quality Management, and Customer Advocacy. By accurately documenting processes, updating processes, and communicating process change this role will ensure Operations staff are accurately supporting our customers.

You will...

• Partner with Operations and Process Improvement to determined areas for process development.
• Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand and document processes
• Communicating completed standard operating procedures to the appropriate individuals, teams, and departments.
• Initiating the development of the appropriate type of training material.
• Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures to reflect most current information.
• Coordinate individuals responsible to LCAD to reflect the most current processes and contract requirements.
• Lead the development of the Operations/Operations Training repository on the Modivcare Employee Portal
• Lead the ongoing Modivates quarterly material update

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years working in a Contact Center environment
• 3+ years working in a Learning & Development setting

Salary: $94,104 - $113,540
