Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic OPERATIONS MANAGER to spearhead our administrative business operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate projects and lead your team to efficiently handle all the necessary details. Your results-driven approach will be crucial as you’ll be responsible for achieving impactful outcomes. Come join us and make a meaningful contribution to our organization’s success. Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team to execute multiple projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure effective coordination of activities.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement processes to ensure adherence.
  • Quality Assurance: Review project work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize operational processes and workflows.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative team environment and provide coaching and mentorship.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in operations management.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology and adapting to new systems and software.
