To join our team as an Operations Manager! The Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Associate Program Manager, will be responsible for providing program data support in accordance with corporate policies and contract requirements. The Operations Manager will ensure smooth delivery of reporting needs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will encompass multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting, people management, and process improvement. The scope of the responsibility will be to maintain accountability of scheduled reporting needs, respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders, and work in collaboration with the Associate Program Manager.

• Manage program data and conduct complex analysis.

• Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation.

• Manage a team of 3-5 people.

• Responsible for the generation and accuracy of scheduled and ad hoc program reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop new reports as requested to track program performance.

• Ensure data is accurate and complete, while utilizing best practices and tools for data integrity and security.

• Provide analysis that goes beyond established reports to support program and team goals.

$84,000.00 - $126,100.00
