Job Title : Operations Manager
Job Location : 100% Remote
Job Shift : US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)
We're looking for an Operations Manager to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow processes.
- Oversee financial systems, including QuickBooks, Keka, and Airbase, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Handle vendor/client management, including vendor onboarding, payments, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with US 1099 filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Keka, and Airbase is required.
- Understanding of US 1099 filings and tax regulations is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) shift.
