Position InformationWe are in high-growth mode at Invenco and are now on the search for an Operations Manager to drive the end-to-end fulfilment cycle of our products and services. We are looking for a high energy, experienced leader to continuously develop the operations team and processes to enable the delivery of our growth goals in the most effective way. This is a great opportunity for the right person to really shape our future through best-in-class customer fulfilment.

As the Operations Manager, your focus will customer fulfilment of the North Americas and Canadian markets initially, with future scope for South America. You will be working with global teams for Supply Chain and Engineering amongst others. Responsibility for all aspects of Operations from the point of opportunity win through to product and services delivery, including spare parts, you will have ownership of Planning, Buying, Logistics, Warehousing, and key relationships with our key partner network. As Operations Manager you will be involved in:

• From the initial planning through the Global S&OP process, you will then be working with purchasing team and key external partners to communicate the fulfilment of that plan through to customer delivery through your logistics and warehousing teams and 3rd parties.
• Focusing not only on the here and now, but you will also be responsible for ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, being willing to challenge the way we work, and driving a disciplined and clearly communicated path to more effective operations.

About YouYou will need to love a busy environment where multiple priorities are a norm. You will be a high energy individual, who understands the need for process and discipline, whilst also enabling flexibility and rapid change. Some key requirements:

• Strong Operations background with proven experience of implementing positive change in a fast-moving environment.
• A proven leader who can work in the detail.
• Established track record of developing their team, their processes, and their systems.
• A clear and calm communicator who has experience of designing and communicating change initiatives in a global environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured and effective way.
• Solid business financials understanding, with Budget responsibility
• Leadership of cross functional operations teams including delivery, service and customer support
• Experience in Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP)
