Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient business processes across departments. This role focuses on optimizing performance, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team.

- Budget Management: Manage the operations budget and monitor expenses.

- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contract compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in operations management, preferably in software.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
