Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Tabuk, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in our processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the engineering and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and financial plans to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the engineering, geotechnical, Drilling or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in KSA.
