Operations Manager
Job Description
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure processes are streamlined and functional.
- Use data analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement efficient systems and processes, including software solutions, to optimize workflow.
- Directly manage a team of operations specialists, ensuring their ongoing training and development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in setting strategic goals and operational plans to drive growth.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to streamline operations and facilitate growth.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure technological resources are adequately supporting operational needs.
- Oversee supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and service agreements to ensure value and performance.
- Coordinate with various departments for inventory and resource management.
- Ensure that the operations are compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to healthcare services.
- Implement risk management protocols and contingency plans.
- Monitor budgets and oversee resource allocation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the senior management for cost-reduction and efficiency improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and performance metrics.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using various software tools for operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
