Operations Manager - After Hours
Job Description
Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Leadership Team. This position will have direct reports and be a position of influence.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the After Hours team members and processes
- Develop and implement short and long term strategies to improve after hours operations
- Conduct one on ones and huddles with your team
- Field advisor questions related to servicing the customer
- Coach advisors
- Handle customer escalations
- Direct traffic for large groups
- Partner with the operations management team to reinforce positive advisor behaviors
- Conduct team meetings
- Use Workforce Management strategies to help drive results
- Analyze and improve current processes
- Motivate and engage advisor team to inspire alignment with company goals
- Coach and develop advisors as part of a continuous improvement process
- Analyze and report on business performance
- Drive a world-class customer experience
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of booking operations
- Bring out the best in people through effective performance management
- Book travel for customers during irregular operations
Requirements
- Travel advisor/Travel Management Company experience
- Deeply ingrained orientation to the customer with a mindset toward delivering an exceptional experience to both internal and external customers
- Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Prior experience managing a large team a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work late evening and at least one weekend day/evening shifts

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000k annually
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel
