THE ROLE: Operations Manager

Presidio is seeking anOperations Managerto join our team.

Delivery Operations Manager drives the development and execution of operational improvement strategies within Presidio's Cloud team. The role works closely with pre-sales, sales and delivery engineering teams, and is actively involved in day-to-day operations to ensure Presidio meets exemplary standards for client satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require any travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Scheduling Coordinators within Presidio's Cloud team
• Extensive involvement of resource management and scheduling, while maximizing engineering utilization
• Creation of financial reports, utilization forecasting and engineering metrics
• Invoicing and revenue recognition management
• Liaison between Finance and Engineering, managing bookings and process escalation
• General project oversight by ensuring project resources are assigned in a timely manner, and projects are efficiently completed
• Managing month end processes, time entry, general cleanup, order management and maintenance of expiring purchase orders
• Services vendor / contractor management
• Providing day to day assistance Professional Services requests and issues
• Quality Control, reviewing active engagements to ensure adherence to quality standards

Education and Experience: (List out)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 5-10 years of Operations Manager experience
