Summary of Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to play a key role in leading and inspiring our Select Team. The Select Team manages enterprise-level advertisers through programmatic and paid social advertising channels (Display, Mobile, Video, Social, Email, etc). In the Operations Manager role, the main focus will be to excellently manage a team of campaign managers. The ideal candidate is a mentor at heart, ready to support and elevate our team of campaign managers by focusing on key performance indicators, coaching, and integrating new members seamlessly. This role demands a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights to the executive team, influencing the broader company direction with a keen understanding of advertising dynamics.


Responsibilities:

  • Support and Report on KPI Performance: Ensure all team members effectively manage their individual advertisers while focusing on customer service and maintaining individual and team KPIs.
  • Coach, Mentor, and Train Team Members: Maintain expert-level knowledge of The TradeDesk, Google, Facebook, StackAdapt, etc. including internal software like UI.Marketing. Develop team members within their communication skills. 
  • This role includes reporting to the VP of Enterprise Operations; advising the company, creating processes and documentation, and monitoring adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee communication, work assignments, and overall team well-being.
  • Hiring: Oversee the hiring of new team members, as well as maintain the hiring schedule. The Operations Manager will advise when the hiring schedule needs to be adjusted.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Maintain knowledge of programmatic and social advertising and internal processes/products to be utilized as a subject matter expert for cross-departmental teams
  • Campaign Management: Effectively manage top-tier advertisers to drive strategy and performance for partners while staying up to date on best practices for set-ups, optimizations, customer service, communication, and tools
  • Reporting/Analysis: Lead and develop Select team’s strategic reporting tools and analysis. Ensuring advertiser retention and growth. 
  • Strategic Oversight: Communicating with partners and clients to assist in troubleshooting, driving strategic conversations and developing the team’s strategy.


Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.


Compensation:

Total annual compensation range: $75,000 - $120,000

The annual base salary is $75,000. Opportunity to earn up to $120,000 with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus structure.

  • Conversion-based campaign optimization strategies
  • Client-facing: Ability to present and drive strategic conversations
  • COGS Management
  • Assist the VP of Operations with departmental projects asked of the Operations team
  • Work with vendor partner teams to maintain ongoing communication regarding account best practices and overall partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain a consistent rapport with team members, management, ownership, and stakeholders with regard to performance, team member well-being, and strategy. This includes ongoing oversight of management dashboards and reports
  • Pull weekly KPIs to lead bi-monthly 1:1s with individual team members and lead the weekly Team Meeting. Lead team communication and updates!
  • Assist the VPs of Operations to address internal and external Sales questions, issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service from all members of the department.
