Description

The Operations Manager - Marketing designs and manages the strategies and processes that enable Marketing Delivery's goals. They will work in tandem with marketing and operations leadership to develop scalable marketing processes, collect actionable data, define deliverable timelines and pricing structures, and optimize both internal and client-facing experiences from pre-onboarding through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Delivery Optimization
    • Deploy and manage the Marketing Delivery Playbook including pre-onboarding, onboarding best practices and offboarding offerings
    • Audit and optimize the performance of existing marketing offerings to identify opportunities to scale efficiencies and revenue
    • Participate in monthly business reviews with marketing team to capture accomplishments, roadblocks, to-do's and cascading messages
    • Follow up on monthly business review to-do items with marketing leadership
    • Participate in client health status meetings and develop robust, automated reporting dashboards
    • Investigate, recommend, and manage the client satisfaction process and be primary point of contact to capture, analyze and report data informing client health

  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage the ongoing optimization and adherence to the Marketing Delivery Playbook post implementation
    • Develop standard reporting processes for client quotas to be adopted by all deliverable teams
    • In conjunction with the Director of Operations, help support optimal delivery through checks and balances monitoring. Example: QBR participation, weekly internal check-ins, etc.
    • Refine current operational processes and performance, executing solutions for improvement
    • Support the development and implementation of new business processes
    • Develop, maintain and oversee operational meeting calendars, agendas and action items
