What you’ll do
As the Operations Marketing Coordinator you will be at the intersection of marketing and operations playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will support various marketing initiatives manage day-to-day operations and help streamline processes to maximize efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and eager to contribute to the success of a growing start-up.

Coordinate the planning execution and tracking of marketing campaigns including email social media content and events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

Maintain the marketing calendar ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

Assist with budget tracking and vendor management ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within budget.

Help optimize internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in marketing or operations preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as CRM systems email

marketing platforms and social media management tools.

Basic understanding of SEO content marketing and digital advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Passion for marketing and a desire to grow within the role.
The pay range for this role is $75000- $100000 total compensation. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location skills qualifications and experience.
