Work with Technical Program Managers during development builds and mass production at contract manufacturers.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive qualification, production, and capacity planning.
During sustaining phase, ensure factory production is running smoothly and solve any production issues when they may occur.Â
Drive continuous improvement in areas such as cycle time, material readiness, order scheduling, and production.
Discern when to make decisions independently and when to involve the appropriate teams to drive rapid cross-functional decision making.
Effectively and efficiently provide regular communications to key stakeholders on status, risks, and accomplishments.
