Shipt is growing and we are seeking an Operations Program Manager. This position will report to the Director of Engineering Operations in the Technology organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional partners to prioritize and assess incoming initiatives for goal alignment, business impact, and resource availability.
- Independently lead initiatives -- from ideation through execution -- on efforts which can cross multiple product domains and teams.
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives; be able to connect the dots between each initiative to anticipate potential roadblocks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement new processes and internal structures to drive efficiencies and collaboration with cross-functional teams and engineering.
- Track the team's deliverables, progress, and ultimate impact on business and technical objectives
- Improve our agile team processes to maximize our engineers' time and effectiveness
- Review industry trends and external benchmarking to proactively identify and recommend continuous improvements related to your program ownership
- Act as a peer mentor on a growing Engineering Operations team
Requirements
- Experience leading impactful projects with the ability to manage complexity, influence without authority, and create buy-in.
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills; experience interacting with high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
- Excellent ability to problem solve and present solution oriented plans
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess an initiative's value, identify risks, and develop a path forward.
- 3+ years of experience in project/product management, workflow, operations, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of and experience operating within an agile framework.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
