Operations Project Manager

About the role 🖥️

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project manager who will be in charge of leading strategic and transversal projects from design to delivery within our Operations department. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring operational efficiency within the Operations functions (Transport, Customer service, Curation, Quality control, Authentication, Logistics) involving the continuous collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.

What you will do 👜

• Design and delivery of transverse projects within the organization
• Oversee project implementation, closely monitoring progress, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery (on time, within scope).
• Identification of KPIs and measure project performance 
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, guaranteeing clear communication and information sharing
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Organize meetings, create agenda, take minutes 

Who you are ⭐

• 4+ years of proven experience in Project Management.
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience, PMP certification is a plus. 
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions You have a customer centric mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguity, handle competing priorities, and drive change initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Proven record of delivery against deadlines.
