Operations Project Manager

Allegion is seeking a Capital and Productivity Program Manager to lead and execute the site's capital and productivity program. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement projects that drive operational efficiency and cost savings at the Indy Ops site.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development and execution of Indy Ops' capital and EPM tracked productivity program initiatives to support execution of plant Capex Budget
• Ensure CAPEX budget meets plant AOP targets and proactively manage and communicate any gaps against plan by actively managing forecasting and driving cross functional CAPEX leaders to their project commitments (schedule; budget).
• Report monthly, quarterly and year end CAPEX performance. Present performance on the monthly corporate call.
• Lead efforts to ensure Capex milestones are met for planned submission dates and approvals to business case timelines. Support cross functional capex authors from business case tollgate through approval processes.
• Partner with Finance to lead plant CAPEX monthly reporting across all functional area inputs. Validate project close dates and coordinate monthly spend with invoice timing.
• Facilitate CapEx functional area planning and work with senior leadership to prioritize and balance budget for upcoming annual plan. Maintain long range plan with productivity opportunity.
• Lead biweekly internal CAPEX and productivity meetings to coach owners to project targets and communicate rolled up status. Use meeting and one on one communication with business case owners to keep individual and overall Indy Ops forecast of actual spend vs forecast accurate.
• Lead labor and overhead productivity budget for Indy Exits.
• Lead the reporting for the corporate quarterly business review. Present Indy Exits productivity savings performance on corporate call.
• Manage EPM for labor productivity projects for Indy Ops tracking and updating forecasts and actuals. Work with Finance to input managed costs for Indy. Drive productivity savings tollgates needed for Finance approval.
• Lead efforts to capture pipeline and actual projects to ensure annual plant productivity projects are met. Identify and communicate gaps against plant targets, and develop contingency plans to address gap to goal.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in capital project management, productivity improvement, or related field
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• PMP certification or willingness to pursue
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
