Operations Project Manager (hybrid)

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and or initiatives and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Provides subject matter expertise based on established project management techniques. This position will focus on the planning, development, directing, coordinating, and implementation activities pertaining to Operations growth initiatives and efficiency projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Experience in leading long-term, cross-functional initiatives within health care
• Provide oversight and direction on projects to ensure project and program objectives are met
• Effective communication with the ability to influence others
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to share updates and recommendations across multiple groups
• The ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, functional leaders and senior executives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7 years of work experience beyond degree

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record building and maintaining relationships and leading through influence
• Ability to work both independently and within group settings
• Ability to work with a level of ambiguity and in an environment that changes frequently
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Twin Cities/Madison for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
