This role sits at the intersection of operations, healthcare services, and cross-functional transformation, focusing on improving how service teams deliver value to patients and customers. You will lead high-impact operational initiatives that streamline workflows, optimize processes, and enable better use of systems and technology across the organization. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with IT, operations, and senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable project outcomes. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, from early discovery through implementation and stabilization. You will play a key role in ensuring operational initiatives are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to shape scalable processes in a regulated healthcare setting while driving meaningful improvements in service performance.

Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end operational transformation and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable impact across service operations
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process mapping sessions to define current and future-state workflows and identify optimization opportunities
  • Act as the primary liaison between operations, IT, and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs
  • Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements before deployment
  • Track project performance, report progress to leadership, and leverage data insights to measure ROI and support continuous improvement
  • Support post-implementation stabilization, ensuring adoption, resolving issues, and embedding sustainable process improvements across teams
  • Ensure all processes and solutions comply with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and industry standards
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience in project management
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or healthcare-related environments, ideally with exposure to IT system implementations
    • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM, with hands-on experience in process mapping and workflow design
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple complex projects in parallel
    • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements in collaboration with operational stakeholders
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills with attention to measurable outcomes
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficiency with project and process tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
    • Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or order-to-cash environments is a strong plus
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and dependents
      • Generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and work-life balance support
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and financial planning resources
      • Paid parental leave and additional family support benefits
      • Employee wellness programs and access to mental health resources
      • Professional development opportunities including training, mentorship, and career growth support
      • Recognition programs and performance-based rewards
      • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on employee well-being and engagement
      • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven healthcare organization improving patient outcomes
