Main Purpose
This position aims to grow the company’s job seeker acquisition operations across multiple states and verticals. It will drive the recruitment marketing strategy to effectively scale the company’s job seeker acquisition. This position will also lead a team of job seeker marketers and a team of recruitment professionals, along with building strong cross-functional partnerships with senior stakeholders across the Sales, Operations, Legal, and Marketing departments.Â
This role will focus on building and optimizing hiring processes through close partnerships with product and engineering teams to ensure scalability, quality, and efficiency while driving day-to-day fulfillment with data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team, including recruiting marketing, recruiting, and sourcing functions.
- Partner with product & engineering to ensure operational (recruitment) processes are optimized and can be productized to scale in the future.Â
- Develop and drive a cohesive recruiting strategy that enables Indeed Flex to attract and acquire its temporary workforce and meet client demands across the States and verticals.
- Lead the recruitment marketing team to drive brand awareness, deliver volume recruitment in scale with market and user insights, and creative targeting/messaging with diversified channels.Â
- Lead a recruiting team to scale recruiting capacity and drive productivity. Strike for excellence in team performance and candidate experience with clear measurement metrics.Â
- Drive decisions with Data: Use data to make decisions, drive efficiency and performance. Articulate challenges and results like pipeline health and conversion clearly with metrics.Â
- Problem Solving - Continual development of processes to solve day-to-day business challenges.
- Budget management - Commercially driven to measure recruiting ROI and team productivity.Â
- Creativity - drive teams to solve recruitment challenges with out-of-the-box thinking.Â
- Client Experience - present recruitment strategy to clients.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, management consulting, mobile tech, recruitment, or an RPO, preferably with a growing startup.
- Experience working with a product and engineering team is required, ideally from a mobile app business.Â
- Demonstrated track records in using data to identify challenges and priorities, measuring impact, and presenting data-driven plans—familiarity with using data from Tableau, PowerBI, or Redash daily.Â
- Experience leading a talent organization during a high growth stage with the ability to coach, empower, and develop a team.
- A great project manager who can break down problems into parts and solve problems using process and/or product improvements.
- Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
- Proven track record in designing and communicate clear processes and an analytical yet creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong bias for action (roll up sleeves and do it!) and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically.
- Seeks to build relationships with external job seekers and internal stakeholders and perceive challenges from different viewpoints.
- Emotional resilience in fast-paced, high-profile, and ever-changing situations. Flexibility to adjust to a company in a growing stage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in upholding compliance best practices.Â
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- High level of technical acumen and proficiency to quickly learn and utilize new software and technologies to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage.
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite.
- Highly proficient with utilizing tech cloud tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Slack, Monday, Salesforce, Zoom, etc.

- $130,000 - $180,000 baseÂ
