Operations & Reporting Associate

We are seeking an Investor Relations Operations Associate to report directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations. The primary focus of this role is to support reporting initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction. The Associate will be responsible for compiling and executing various institutional investor and consultant requests, managing the production of capital call and distribution notifications and meeting firm quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Proficiency in maintaining accurate investor and fund data within our CRM and Portal is essential. The Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and data accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Operations Associate will support Investor Relations initiatives with a particular focus on the following:

• Assist with the timely execution of recurring institutional and consultant investor requests by clearly communicating with internal departments to ensure alignment in messaging and data accuracy.
• Manage the production of capital call and distribution notices, including uploading transaction data, adjusting/creating notification templates, and posting notices on the investor portal.
• Update Fund marketing materials, such as PPM, data rooms and due diligence questionnaires as well as provide data to the capital formation team for roadshows and quarterly reports on a quarterly basis.
• Become proficient user of our CRM and Investor Portal (Salesforce/Investor Flow) and be able to maintain accurate Fund and current investor data, run reports for internal and external reporting and post notifications to our investors.
• Assist with annual reporting needs, such as Investor K1s, SEC filings and foreign registrations.
• Assist with ongoing projects, such as Side Letter tracking and Fund Profile reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on client reporting or data analysis within a financial services firm
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with content management systems and/or investor portals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through both written and verbal capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project
