eviCore is currently hiring an Operations Senior Analyst. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for building and delivering insightful analytics in support of Clinical Knowledge and all aspects related to the integration of clinical content and the processes that support decision making. The role will be challenged to proactively engage in creating effective ways to monitor operational clinical efficacy, program/pathway management, and output of algorithms. The Senior Analyst must be able to manipulate and leverage large volumes of internal and external utilization data, authorizations, user, provider and member data in order to deliver meaningful analytics. This role will work closely with Clinical Knowledge Senior Leadership on data requirements and file formats for the creation and maintenance of reproducible data integrity that can be used and accepted for analytical purposes across the enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create compelling visual analytics presentations in Tableau for delivery to internal customers and external clients and will be responsible for writing basic SAS/SQL code statements to manipulate standard output for use in custom analyses.
  • Structure relationships of data for optimal maintenance and preservation of resources.
  • Monitor feedback of users as appropriate.
  • Document and maintain tracking workflows.
  • Create and maintain the Clinical Knowledge Reporting Dashboard within the eviCore Lake House.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Knowledge Integration, Operations, and Product leaders across all areas of the enterprise as necessary to ensure the integrity of the data and align expectations.
  • Write code and/or reporting structures at varying degrees of complexity across all lines of business, products, programs to support current and new operational processes.
  • Proficient in updating and maintenance of Coverage Determinator tables to support accurate output and compliance to regulatory standards.
  • Possess an understanding for utilization management, clinical review process, and call center operations.
  • Train in clinical certification, utilization management, URAC and NCQA principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with eviCore standards established in compliance with HIPAA and State regulations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly recommended
  • Master's preferred, in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, quantitative psychology, computer science, data science, or related scientific/technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or satisfactory job performance in the following areas: exposure to advanced modeling methods, including but not limited to data aggregation, time series analysis, forecasting and simulation, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and outlier detection
  • Skill with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, plus basic SAS code data steps and procedures.
  • Familiarity with data bricks/azure/lake house to creating visualizations and dashboards a plus
  • Strong communication skills required for direct communication to internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated potential and aptitude for working in the technology and the healthcare fields
  • Experience with rules pathways, software applications (Pathway Designer/UPADS a bonus)
  • Analytical with strong verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Willing and able to work independently to meet both internal and external stakeholders


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 49,000 - 81,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
