Operations Senior Analyst - Express Scripts - Remote

The Operations Senior Analyst for Client Access is responsible for handling requests related to clients gaining access to our suite of on-line system tools. This includes a multitude of requests for new user access, updates to current access, issue analysis, problem solving and other tasks to ensure satisfactory results for our Client Service Team (CST) and our Clients.

The Operations Senior Analyst will have basic account service and operational knowledge in order to successfully complete assigned work. The ideal candidate will routinely communicate with internal cross-functional partners. The Operations Senior Analyst may participate in process improvement activities and other projects as assigned by leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with CST's to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintains ownership of assigned requests with a focus on quality and timeliness to meet all defined service standards
• Work autonomously to ensure that production levels and targets are achieved
• Resolves routine or standard problems using existing procedures and escalates as needed
• Shows willingness to engage in process improvement initiatives and other team projects
• Supports special projects as assigned by leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of education or professional work experience in customer service or healthcare administration
• 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel skills is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail; problem solving and analytical skills preferred
• Knowledge of the health care and PBM industry and its products and services preferred
• Ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues
• Strong focus on customer service
• Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 50,000 - 83,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
