THE ROLE
The Operations Specialist on our team supports aspects of delivery, sales, solutions support, and operations assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:• Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance operational processes that improve business operations, client experience, and operational efficiency• Increasing visibility and performance of the business unit by building, maintaining, and improving data and reporting tools• Analyze data and leverage insights to identify operational improvement, implement recommendations and track success• Tracking client engagements and regularly deliver updates internally for forecasting and planning purposes• Assisting the team with updating and maintaining marketing information, sales collateral, and participating in other sales support activities as needed• Serving as a liaison to other internal departments on behalf of the business unit to ensure success of cross-functional processes, such as: employee onboarding, client engagement support and reporting, policy and process administration, and communications• Organizing and coordinating strategic planning sessions, meetings, and functions for the business unit• Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required• 1+ year experience in business operations • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize performance and inform future
strategies• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment• Ability to organize multiple responsibilities while meeting the needs of business partners and
working within time constraints• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims
ADDITIONAL DETAILS• Travel up to 10% of the time
