Operations Specialist- Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team, taking responsibility for various operational tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Vendor Management: Establishing a comprehensive vendor management system, negotiating prices, maintaining vendor lists, and ensuring up-to-date documentation.
• Insurance Management: Communicating with our insurance broker, gaining in-depth knowledge of our insurance agreements, and managing related tasks.
• Team Travel Planning: Coordinating conference and client meeting travel, including purchasing tickets and booking accommodations.
• Additional Operational Tasks: Adapting to new roles and responsibilities as our company continues to grow.

Requirements:

• Very good level of English
• Previous experience in a startup / US company / EU company
• Proactive person

Given the importance of following strict guidelines and agreements in this role, it is essential that candidates have strong organizational skills and are committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Important Notes:

• Your working hours will be from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time zone. This schedule is necessary to work effectively with our team and customers in the US.
