Operations Specialist

Cornerstone Bank is looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our professional team. This back office role will be responsible for supporting a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, professionally responding to inquiries by internal and external customers, determining appropriate response or direction, check transaction operations including returns, adjustments, chargebacks, and research, critical checkback on deposit related items, and maturity notice production and data entry all in accordance with bank and regulatory guidance. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of bank experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required. Bank operations experience preferred.
